Reliability Analysis using Daily equipment monitoring data

Recently, an upstream O&G operator wanted to analyze the production availability for a dozen offshore field. Each facility got many productions critical equipment. And each equipment got a rich database of daily running hours for many years.
Over the years the templates to capture the daily data evolved for better. This presented another issue of non-standardized data collection template between various years and between different facilities. Database continued to grow, making manual analysis become increasingly difficult and prone to error.
