The construction, hook up and commissioning phases of developing a facility typically involve a range of occupational hazards, from working at height to manual handling and dropped objects. Further, it is not uncommon for several tasks to be performed concurrently, potentially introducing unforeseen hazards to the safe execution of one or another task. PRISM conducts Construction Risk Assessments (CRA) which systematically review the activities to identify the potential for hazards, review the safeguards and propose recommendations to mitigate the risks. We also develop Operating Procedures, Maintenance build and Ex-equipment register so that the Asset owner is ready to operate soon after commissioning.
