The transition from fossil-based to renewable energy sources and the attainment of the net-zero carbon goal requires both the de-carbonisation of existing fossil fuel sources and the development of renewable energy sources. De-carbonisation requires the minimisation of emissions from fossil fuel production facilities and increasing the energy efficiency of production. Prism applies a multi-disciplined risk-based approach to identifying potential sources of environmental impacts throughout the production lifetime of a facility and proposing alternative work-processes and equipment to mitigate them. We also apply best-practice engineering assessment to support the safe and efficient development of renewable energy facilities.
