PRISM maintains a core team of over 30 discipline engineers and scientists. This team is supplemented by specialist third party consultants as required by our project commitments. Our team is lead by Francis C Minah BEng (Hons) FIChemE who has over 33 year’s experience in technical consulting roles.


Our three Business Unit Managers and our five Principal Consultants / Lead Engineers each have over 15 years of technical experience in their respective disciplines. The size of our team and breadth of our experience allows us to give each project senior level oversight to ensure high quality outcomes for our clients.

Hi, I am Mahesh. I have close to two decades of experience in physical asset management-primarily in Upstream Oil and Gas . Over these years I have held various roles such as Front-line Maintenance, Maintenance planner, Principal consultant, and Integrity & Reliability Projects Manager. Jacqueline Kok

Hi everyone. I am Jacqueline. I have more than 20 years of experience in Process Safety. I started my career working in an onshore gas manufacturing plant, looking after the daily operations of the plant. This included production, testing and logistics of the products, whilst ensuring the safety of personnel in the facility. After that, I decided to focus on Process Safety and am excited to be contributing my experience and knowledge in keeping personnel safe in their respective facility.

Jay Kumar

I am Jay. I have been involved in Projects for Offshore and Onshore hydrocarbon extraction and processing facilities, performing EPCC scope of works and currently Consultancy & Technical Advisory works, with more than 15 years related professional experience. I lead engineering teams to execute specialist studies during FEED, Detailed Design & Engineering, Fabrication & Construction, Commissioning, and Facility Operations Phase including Simultaneous Operations.

Francis C. Minah

Managing Director
I am the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at PRISM Group. I have over 30 year experience providing technical solution to improve safety & health, minimise environmental impact and enhance operations in the major hazard industries, from Hydrocarbon extraction, chemical manufacturing to renewables. My work has taken me to six of the seven continents delivering actionable solutions in compliance with various corporate and regulatory regimes.
