PMO is a continuous improvement process to establish fit-for-purpose maintenance practices to operate with a high confidence level. PM task shall ensure safety and operational integrity, should be cost-effective and comply with prevailing statutory requirements, international codes & standards. Our objective is to ensure that time and resources are not wasted on maintenance activities that do little to prevent breakdown and increase machinery uptime. We strike the right balance of time-based, Condition-based and Risk-based maintenance tasks through our proven methodology, thoroughly analysing historical maintenance. PRISM adopts work methods like RCM\FMEA Data-Driven Maintenance (DDM) with deliverables provided in CMMS upload templates.
