Operationalising the HSE Case

OVERVIEW

The development of a HSE Case requires extensive effort and contribution from multiple parties as well as significant amount of time to complete. Upon completion and submission of the HSE Case, there are typical challenges faced by the owners of the safety case. One example includes having the HSE Case sit on a shelf without being appropriately utilised by operations . This may be due to difficulty in easily understanding major accident hazards and its associated risks for the facility. The goal of Operationalising the HSE Case is to provide a summary of the HSE Case contents, socialise information related to MAHs, create awareness on MAH control and management, highlight barriers and controls (i.e. SCEs, Safety Critical Activities and Tasks) that are adopted for MAH control and management, share information on risks exposure when working on the facility, and provide a forum for personnel to familiarize with the HSE Case and discuss improvements for implementation at site. PRISM is experienced in providing tailored solutions in Operationalising the HSE Case with various roll-out methods ranging from Slide Packs & Presentations, Q&A Sessions, Posters, Digital Hand-Outs and many more.
