A Project Health Safety & Security Review (PHSSER) is a process to provide independent assurance that all significant HSSE risks to the development have been identified, formally accepted or mitigations put in place to reduce them to an acceptable level.A PHSSER is conducted at key approval stages in the development to ensure that HSE consideration are included at the appropriate stages to ensure inherent safety from inception.Prism’s experience facilitators have experience in conducting HSSE reviews at all stages of a development from Appraisal, Selection Definition through to Execution stage.
