Operations HSSE
The ongoing management of HSSE throughout the operating life of a facility requires regular audits, continuous monitoring and periodic recertification to maintain risks to people environment asset and reputation to levels as low as reasonably practicable. Prism has a team dedicated to supporting facilities to audits of their operations, closeout the audit findings, develop management systems and ensure compliance with regulations, codes and standards. During the design stage, a systematic approach needs to be followed to maximise inherent safety of the facility and to minimise loss and environmental impact. Good HSSE design starts with the selection of the optimum design concept and continues with the implementation of creative design solution and best practice and compliance to regulations, and industry codes & standards. Prism’s HSSE Design team have experience of numerous onshore and offshore project and of working under various legislative regimes around the world (UK HSE, NORSOK, NOPSEMA etc.). We cover the full range of studies from Hazard Identification to HSE Case Development and approval.

Acquisitions & Divestments
The assessment of price for an operating facility requires the evaluation of both its assets and liabilities. While physical and accounting assets /liabilities may be evident, potential future losses from failures in regulatory compliance and nascent unsafe practices may not be evident.

Process Safety Management
